Terms and Conditions – Moveen Apartments

§1. Company Information

The operator of the website and the booking administrator is:

The company provides short-term rental services for apartments and rooms located, among others, at Bolesława Krzywoustego 270–272, 51-316 Wrocław, Poland.

§2. Reservations and Payments

1. Reservations can be made through moveen.holidayfuture.com, by e-mail, or by phone.

2. Payments can be made via Stripe, bank transfer, or in cash.

3. A 100% prepayment of the total booking amount is required.

4. The reservation is confirmed once the full payment has been received.

5. Lack of payment within the specified time automatically cancels the booking.

6. Refunds in case of cancellation are not guaranteed – they may be considered individually upon request.

§3. Stay Rules

1. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Guests are required to follow the house rules, in particular:

   * maintain quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM,

   * no smoking or open flames,

   * no parties, gatherings, or events,

   * no more people may stay in the apartment than stated in the booking,

   * keep the apartment clean and return it in good condition.

3. Pets are only allowed with prior approval from Moveen Apartments.

4. In case of violation of these rules, the management reserves the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and request the guest to leave the apartment without refund.

§4. Guest Responsibility

1. Guests are financially responsible for any damages or destruction caused to the apartment or its furnishings by themselves or persons staying with them.

2. Guests must cover the cost of any damages within 7 days after receiving a payment request.

3. A 100 PLN fee is charged for lost keys.

§5. Penalties

The following penalties may apply for violations of these Terms and Conditions:

* Failure to leave the apartment after check-out time – 200 PLN per extra day,

* Hosting a party or social event – 500 PLN,

* Smoking in the apartment – 500 PLN,

* Major damage requiring repair or downtime – repair cost plus compensation,

* Keeping pets without permission – 500 PLN,

* Exceeding the allowed number of guests after 10:00 PM – 2000 PLN,

* Breaking quiet hours – 2000 PLN,

* Staff intervention after 10:00 PM – 500 PLN,

* Police intervention – 2000 PLN.

§6. Host Responsibility

1. The host is not responsible for personal belongings left in the apartment.

2. The host is not liable for any damages caused by random events, breakdowns, or construction work in neighboring properties.

3. The host is not responsible for accidents or injuries that occur during the guest’s stay.

§7. Personal Data (GDPR)

1. The administrator of personal data is Yoisho! Sp. z o.o.

2. Personal data is processed only for the purpose of handling reservations, billing, and contacting the guest.

3. Data is not shared with third parties except for essential service providers such as Stripe or booking systems.

4. Guests have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data.

§8. Complaints and Disputes

1. All complaints and inquiries should be sent by e-mail to [hello@moveen.app](mailto:hello@moveen.app).

2. Any disputes will be resolved under Polish law.

3. The competent court for disputes is the court with jurisdiction over the company’s registered office.

§9. Final Provisions

1. Making a reservation means that the guest has read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. The rules apply to all guests staying at Moveen Apartments.

3. The Terms and Conditions come into effect on the date of publication on moveen.holidayfuture.com.
